Adding Favorites
Should the Intranet be unavailable, you can still access most applications if you have saved them as favorites. Watch this video to learn how to add applications to your favorites and/or favorite bar.

To improve network security the Technology Services Department implemented new requirements for account passwords.    Your password allows access to an increasing number of systems including email and eSchool. It is also be used to access personal information through Employee Online.  It is extremely important you both keep your password private and not allow others to access a computer logged in to your account.  View a video at this link to learn the process for registering in the password recovery system.

The password you select must:
  • Be at least 6 characters in length.
  • Not be any of the previous 4 passwords used.
  • Not contain your username.
Additionally, the password must contain at least 3 of the following:
  • English uppercase characters (A - Z)
  • English lowercase characters (a - z)
  • Base 10 digits (0 - 9)
  • Non-alphanumeric (For example: !, $, #, or %)
  • Unicode characters
Passwords must be changed every 90 days.
IMPORTANT:  Your district laptop saves your password to allow use when not connected to our network.  Therefore your laptop will not be updated with your new password until it connects to the internal network.  For best results, use your laptop from within a district building to change your password.  Laptops that have not been used on our network for an extended period (6+ months) may require a wired network connection.
To assist with forgotten passwords and password resets a new "Self Service" tool has been implemented.  This tool allows you to enroll and answer several security questions the answers to which would be used to reset a forgotten password.  The system, which is available immediately, may be accessed at  and a link has also been placed on the Technology Services intranet page.
